Girls – The coronavirus has turned our everyday lives upside down, and you'd probably prefer to hear the word "corona" in the context of a beautiful beach and a cold beer. In times when we're at home a lot, it's incredibly important to take care of yourself and do something good for yourself. 5 tips from us:


1. Walk to home office/school in the morning

Get dressed and run around the block for 10 to 15 minutes, so you are ready and have energy for the new day

2. Meet your friends for an aperitif

Set up a FaceTime or HouseParty call with your best friends and enjoy your favorite drink.

3. Dance to your favorite music

There are countless videos on YouTube for dance workouts that are incredibly fun; luckily, they don't have to look good in the living room.

4. Open your own spa

You probably have a face mask at home that you've been wanting to try for a while; now's the time. You can also mix a scrub with sugar and olive oil, and nothing stands in the way of a spa day at home.

5. Watch classics

You probably already know, but with Disney+, Netflix has some competition and you can finally watch all the old Disney movies in a marathon.
