This does not apply if the user has consented to the transfer of data to companies not affiliated with Tummzy GmbH, or if Tummzy GmbH is legally, officially, or judicially obligated to do so. Furthermore, if service providers who support Tummzy GmbH in data processing, website administration, or in other ways, as well as in providing the products and services requested by the user, are engaged, these third parties are obligated to maintain the same level of security and data protection as Tummzy GmbH.
