Shipping policy

Deliveries are shipped by post to the address provided by the customer in the order. Invoicing is carried out according to the order process and the payment methods indicated. Upon dispatch, the benefits and risks are transferred to the customer, insofar as this is legally permissible.

If delivery is undeliverable or the customer refuses to accept it, Tummzy GmbH may terminate the contract after notifying the customer by email and setting an appropriate deadline, and may charge the customer for any resulting administrative costs.

The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects for which Tummzy GmbH is liable without delay, in writing, by letter or email to the address provided in the imprint.

Returns to Tummzy GmbH are made at the customer’s expense and risk. The customer must send the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, together with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects, to the return address specified in the imprint.

If, upon inspection by Tummzy GmbH, the goods are found to have no detectable defects or if they are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, Tummzy GmbH may charge the customer for the costs of the inspection, the return shipment, or any disposal.
